Types of fast you can do

Full Fast - Drink only liquids for your established number of days.

Daniel Fast - Eat no meat, no sweets, and no bread. Drink water and juice, eat only fruits and vegetables.

Partial Fast - You can fast certain meals (Eg. lunch/dinner) each day. This fast can be a full fast, a Daniel fast, or you can give up at least one item of food (eg. giving up meat, or something that you like eating).

Sacrificial Fast - Give up something that matters to you for a specified time. For example, not playing computer games for the month, or giving up the internet or TV for the month.
