I Heart Ipoh
How appropriate that we pray for out city (and our state) today. As most of you know, the political state in Perak is not at its best right now. While we can choose and vote for the people we want to govern our state, ultimately we should be praying for God's will to be done here. We need to pray for right people to be in the right positions - people who will be upright leaders, people who will lead with integrity. In 2 Corinthians 10v3&4,
it says that though we live in the world, we do not wage war as the world does. The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have devine power to demolish strongholds.
Yeap, as we face uncertain times, remember that God has given us a weapon that have devine power to demolish strongholds - prayer. So let's commit our city and state into the arms of God.
